How to order?

 

We can imagine that you would like to know how you need to order. Don't worry, we've made it supereasy! Check our steps below:

  1. Start your exclusive shopping experience and order you favourite products online.
  2. Please arrange your customs document and once approved send a scan to us, This is not applicable for NATO-clients.
  3. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse you will receive an email with the delivery or pickup details.
  4. Please be informed that the estimated lead-time will start on the day that you have approved the order and have send the customs document to us.
  5. You will receive your invoice in your account page.

The Netherlands

 

1. Client needs to register themselves here. Once your account is verified and activated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

2. Client can place the order on the website.

3. Client needs to prepare the D39 document according to the placed order.

4. Once the D39 document is ready you can either:

4.1 Send it to our PO box: B&S Diplomatic Service PO box 3119 3301 DC Dordrecht, The Netherlands.
4.2 Inform us that it is ready and we will collect the D39 document.
4.3 Bring the D39 to our office in the Harbor, by appointment only ( Zeesluisweg Opposite No 61.).
4.4 Bring the D39 to the Customs-Tax Office in The Hague ( opening hours Mo-Thu 08:00-12:00).

International Organizations need to contact their HR department (exception for Europol, contact us).

 

Belgium

 

1. Client needs to register themselves here. Once your account is verified and activated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

2. Client can place the order on the website.

3. Client needs to prepare the 151 form and Customs Service document according to the placed order.

4. The 151 form needs to be signed and stamped by the customs authorities and the head of the mission.

5. Once the 151 form is ready you can send it to info@diplomaticshop.com.

6. Once the document is received, we will prepare your order for express delivery.

7. We will include an envelope with the EAD (customs document), your VAT document, invoice and packing list.

8. The last step is to make sure the EAD (customs document) gets cleared at the Belgium Customs office.

 

Italy

 

1. Client needs to register themselves here. Once your account is verified and activated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

2. Client can place the order on the website.

3. Client needs to prepare the Certificato di esenzione da IVA e/o accise document according to the placed order.

4. Once the Certificato di esenzione da IVA e/o accise document is ready you can send it to info@diplomaticshop.com.

5. Once the document is received, we will prepare your order for express delivery.

6. We will include an envelope with the EAD (customs document), your VAT document, invoice and packing list.

7. We will ship your favorite luxury goods to your adress.

8. The last step is to make sure the EAD (customs document) gets cleared at the Italian Customs office.
